How the Session Works

  • The focus of these sessions is to engage and build the practice of meditation and mindfulness.

  • The main aim of these sessions is taking time to slow down and reflect.

  • The session takes place once a month, usually on Saturdays.

  • Session last for a maximum of an hour.

  • All you need to do is bring a Yoga Mat.
